Who registered ‘Linda party’?

The registration of the “Linda Party” name by Kasongo and some individuals believed to be working in his interests, before the Linda Mwananchi camp could secure it, has sparked fresh tensions within the opposition.

The unexpected move has left many Kenyans wondering whether it was a calculated attempt to frustrate the formation of a new political outfit associated with the opposition, or, the idiots in Linda Mwananchi movement don’t exactly know what they are doing if they could allow such a reckless mistake happen.

This comes just days after Gachagua, who has increasingly been portrayed as a leading opposition figure, declared that he would be the ideal candidate to face Kasongo in the 2027 General Election.

There are also allegations that Wamunyoro has been pressuring smaller political parties in the Mt. Kenya region to dissolve and merge with his Green Party while positioning himself as the undisputed kingpin of the mountain.

As a result, murmurs of a possible split within the united opposition have continued to grow, with some claiming they are unwilling to work with “jamaa wa shares.”

Many supporters of the United opposition myself included fear such selfish moves could create unnecessary divisions at a time when majority of Kenyans want to see a united front ahead of the next General Election, with the aim of sending the “chicken farmer” back to Sugoi.

As for me, if it is not Kalonzo, I would rather vote for a tissue paper than any of the other clowns masquerading as the country’s “ideal” leaders.
