Former Police Officer Afande Denno Rebuilds His Life After Job Loss, Now Seeks Imara Daima MCA Seat

This evening, I was pleased to host former police officer Dennis Munyau, popularly known as Afande Denno, who is aspiring to be the next MCA for Imara Daima Ward.

After losing his job, many gave up on him. I chose to believe in him. I bought him two large sufurias, two jikos, a phone, a Wi-Fi router, and gave him capital to start a boiled and roasted maize business. Today, that business is doing well because hard work always pays.

My message to you, Denno: never give up. The devil may close one door, but God will always open another. I know because I’ve lived it. I went through prison, but by God’s grace I rose to become an MP, senator a Governor, and today I lead a national political party.

Keep trusting God, keep working hard, and never stop believing. Your greatest days are still ahead. May God guide you as you seek to serve the people of Imara Daima.
